CAPE CANAVERAL - An infra red camera installed by spacewalking astronauts on the Hubble Space Telescope last month is partly out of focus and will not last as long as planned, NASA said yesterday in Florida. However, scientists should be able to work around the problem and still collect all the desired data on black holes and remote stars and galaxies, a NASA spokesman said.
