It has been reported that the Health Service Executive has called in British experts to carry out a review of surgery at Our Lady's Hospital in Navan, Co Meath.
According to RTE News, a HSE spokesperson said the review would inform decisions on how safe surgical practices could be delivered at the hospital and was part of an overall process.
The review is expected to be conducted in the coming weeks.
