The Minister for the Environment, Mr Howlin, will seek all party support for new funding arrangements for local authorities tomorrow, reports Geraldine Kennedy.
He will publish a consultants' report on the funding of local government at a press conference in Government Buildings as well as proposals for the sub county tier of local authorities.
