THE Curran House Hotel, to be built at Fleet Street in Dublin's Temple Bar, has been granted a declaratory order in regard to a drinks licence by Judge Liam Devally in Dublin Circuit Civil Court. Ms Constance Cassidy, counsel for the developers, told the court that with 46 bedrooms, it would be the biggest in the area. Judge Devally also granted a declaratory order in respect of an extension at Polly Hops pub at Milltown, Newcastle, Co Dublin. The extension will more than double its size.
