A Dublin hotel which had to be closed briefly following a health board examination was fined £5,600 yesterday for food hygiene breaches found on the day of the inspection. The Clifton Court Hotel, Eden Quay, Dublin, pleaded guilty to 12 breaches of the regulations last November 23rd.
