HONG KONG - The government yesterday proposed curbing access to pornographic material on the Internet but local service providers said policing it would be difficult. The move comes six weeks after the collapse of the government's first attempt to prosecute an Internet user alleged to be part of a global syndicate swapping paedophile images.
