An artist from Co Donegal got a pleasant surprise when a Hollywood actor contacted her to place an order for prints of her work inspired by his films.
London-based freelance illustrator Tara McLaughlin from Letterkenny was contacted by Paddy Considine, who has featured in I n America, The Bourne Ultimatumand Blitz.
The British actor contacted McLaughlin to place an order for two prints of illustrations inspired by his first film as a director, Tyrannosaur(2011).
McLaughlin’s illustrations are of the film’s main character, Joseph, played by Peter Mullan.
