LONDON - The moors murderer, Myra Hindley, might be moved to an open prison, the London Times reported last night. The Home Secretary, Mr Michael Howard, is considering the future of the 54 year old killer, who claimed the lives of four children and was jailed along with her lover Ian Brady in the 1960s.
