CYPRUS: Helios Airways flights between Dublin and Cyprus are going ahead as scheduled next weekend.

CYPRUS: Helios Airways flights between Dublin and Cyprus are going ahead as scheduled next weekend.

An airline spokeswoman in Cyprus told The Irish Times yesterday that flights had not been grounded.

"All flights are going on schedule," she said.

This includes the Dublin flights.

A return flight between Dublin and Larnaca is scheduled every Friday and Sunday.

A return flight between Dublin and Pafos also operates on Sundays.

A Department of Foreign Affairs spokeswoman said yesterday there were no reports of any Irish people seeking assistance in Cyprus.
