Helicopter aids road victim

An Air Corps helicopter was called in last night to transport the victim of a road accident to hospital.

The emergency call was made after a lorry overturned in the Mullachduff area, close to, Dungloe, Co Donegal, trapping the driver for up to three hours.

The injured man was airlifted to Letterkenny General Hospital where his condition was described as stable.
