LONDON - A six year old girl died after a special balloon being used inside a catheter burst during a routine operation, an inquest heard yesterday.
Surgeons at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London rushed to try to save heart patient Debbie Jenkins, from Sprowston, near Norwich, but she died the following day.
