Prague - The Czech President, Mr Vaclav Havel, seeking re-election in a parliamentary vote tomorrow, voiced regret yesterday that his victory seemed to be a foregone conclusion.
"I'm not clinging on to my function . . . I can imagine someone else being president and I even regret not having opponents with greater political support than those running against me," Mr Havel told Czech Radio.
