The High Court will deliver judgment next Tuesday on an application by former Taoiseach Mr Charles Haughey and members of his family to stop the Moriarty Tribunal investigating their financial affairs. Mr Justice Geoghegan heard the application over six days prior to Easter and reserved his judgment.
