An action in which the former Taoiseach, Mr Charles Haughey, and members of his family are seeking to stop the Moriarty tribunal investigating their financial affairs is to open in the High Court early next month. The case was mentioned briefly in court yesterday when Mr Justice Geoghegan fixed the date for March 4th.
