Former Taoiseach Charles Haughey has been released from the private Dublin Hospital where he was being treated.
Mr Haughey (80) was admitted two weeks ago after his heath deteriorated rapidly. The former Taoiseach was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 1995.
While still ill, Mr Haughey's health is reported to have improved significantly.
