An all-Ireland approach to develop the potential of the economies North and South of the Border would be beneficial, the Tanaiste and Minister for Trade and Employment said in Vancouver, Canada, yesterday.
During an industrial promotions visit to North America, Ms Harney said a historic opportunity beckoned with the opening of all-party talks in Northern Ireland on September 15th. However deep the political divisions, few would contest the view that Ireland made sense as a single economic unit, she said.
