A 20 year old man has been remanded in custody for sentence by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court next Wednesday on a manslaughter charge. Wayne Kinsella, of Abbotstown Drive, Dublin, pleaded guilty to the unlawful killing of Mr Thomas Foreman at Glasnevin Cemetery on September 23rd, 1995.
