The chief executive of the Western Health Board, Mr Eamonn Hannan, has been asked to a joint Oireachtas committee hearing on May 24th following his board's rejection of the recent report into the death of Co Mayo teenager Kelly Fitzgerald. The Joint Oireachtas Committee on the Family last Wednesday approved a letter requesting Mr Hannan to appear at the May meeting.
