A 27 year old business journalist from Lucan has been selected as the Green Party candidate in the Dublin West by election.
Mr Paul Gogarty has been a local party activist for some years and has stood in the local elections and in the 1992 general elections for Dublin West. He has opposed the proposed dump at Mulhuddart.
