Athens - Greece has said it would lift its veto on Turkey taking part in a debate on EU enlargement if Ankara works to re solve the dispute over Cyprus, recognises the jurisdiction of the international court in the Hague and resumes neighbourly relations. A government spokesman said Greece's position would be submitted to the Turkish government by the head of the EU's rotating presidency, the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Mr Jean-Claude Juncker, who visits Ankara tomorrow.
