LONDON - Sir James Goldsmith and his allies in the European Parliament were last night forced to disband as a group after losing their political status in Strasbourg. But they promised that the Europe of Nations Group would return.
The group fell foul of European Parliament rules which require 19 MEPs of similar political persuasion to form a recognised political faction.
