Thirteen men and women jailed five days ago for refusing to give undertakings not to interfere with work for the building of a dual carriageway through the Glen of the Downs will appeal against their imprisonment before the Supreme Court tomorrow.

The 13 were jailed last Friday when they refused to give an undertaking to the High Court that they would not interfere with Wicklow County Council's road works at the glen.
