Gardai in Carrigaline, Co Cork, are looking for a man, believed to be in his 20s, who attempted to sexually assault a 16-year-old girl in the town last Monday evening.
The girl was grabbed from behind as she walked along the Kilmoney Road, Carrigaline, at 5 p.m. The man tried to drag her into a laneway as he held her by the throat. However, she managed to fend him off.
