Gardaí in Limerick are investigating a shooting in Limerick city that injured a girl (16).
The shooting took place outside a house on Crecora Avenue, Ballinacurra, at 5.45am; it is understood the girl was shot once.
The victim is being treated at Limerick Regional Hospital, and her condition is described as not life-threatening.
There were no arrests.
