Cases involving assault charges against two brothers of Philomena Gillane, the Co Galway murder victim, have been adjourned until January 27th.

Mr Martin Gordon, of Kiltormer, Co Galway, is charged with assaulting Mrs Gillane's husband, Mr Pat Gillane, on June 14th, 1995, at Glenbrack, Gort. A second brother, Mr Patrick Gordon, of Beechlawn, Caltra, Co Galway, faces a charge of assaulting Mr Pat Gillane's brother, Kevin, on the same date.
