Package trips to Malta and Gozo are offered by six Irish tour companies, with prices for three and four star hotel accommodation ranging from £365 per person sharing for one week, and £465 upwards for a fortnight. Special tours including golf and scuba diving pursuits are available. Outside the package holiday format, you can rent well-appointed farmhouses with swimming pools in Gozo for upwards of £200 a week. Flight-only trips need booking months in advance.
