A Lebanese man suspected of planting a makeshift bomb on a German train last month has been arrested in Lebanon.
The suspect, identified as Jihad H, is one of two men German authorities believe tried to blow up bombs on two trains in the cities of Dortmund and Koblenz.
The other suspect was arrested in Germany last weekend.
