New York - Gay men can be boy scouts, a US court has ruled. In a two-to-one opinion, an appeals court in Trenton, New Jersey decided on Monday that Scout troops must accept gays and said Mr James Dale (27) a homosexual, had been wrongly ousted from the movement.
