SOUTHWARK - Seven members of the homosexual group Outrage! disrupted a cathedral service yesterday in protest at what they see as Anglican support for anti gay discrimination. Ten minutes into the service the campaigners walked to the altar with placards.

The protesters knelt in silence for five minutes and left after one of the activists, rose and told the congregation it was time the church embraced homosexual equality.
