A JUDGE has ordered that a gate blocking an entrance to a Co Cork restaurant be opened daily to allow access for patrons and deliveries.
Owners of Man Friday’s, at Scilly, Kinsale secured an ex-parte injunction at a special sitting of Cork Circuit court yesterday. Judge Seán Ó Donnabhain ordered a gate blocking access to the restaurant be opened from 10am until midnight seven days per week.
