Farmers were warned by gardai yesterday to be on the alert for sheep rustlers who have been involved in a series of thefts from Galway farms. Mr Tom McLoughlin from Ahascragh, near Balliansloe, has had 66 sheep valued at over £5,000 stolen in two recent raids.
