A case taken by three gardai who are seeking to have squashed decisions of the Garda Representative Association (GRA) was adjourned in the High Court yesterday until November 18th to allow for further documents to be produced.

Gardai Patrick Bane, Frank Gunn and Donal O Gallachoir want quashed decisions that they were guilty of certain charges of acting prejudicially to the interests of the GBA and its members.

The GBA denies the claims. It stated the proceedings were not relevant as the three gardai were no longer members of the GRA.
