Gardaí have seized counterfeit DVDs and CDs with an estimated value of €150,000 following a search of a house in Co Louth.

Gardaí have seized counterfeit DVDs and CDs with an estimated value of €150,000 following a search of a house in Co Louth.

Officers from the Anti-Racketeering Unit of the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation raided a house in the Muirhevnamore area of Dundalk, this morning as part of a joint investigation with the Police Service of Northern Ireland.

One man was interviewed and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
