Gardaí in Athlone are seeking witnesses to an assault on a woman in the town earlier this month.
The woman was assaulted by up to four youths in an area known as Monksland between 7pm and 8pm on Tuesday November 15th.
The area is on the old Tuam Road between a housing estate known as Ceathru na Gloc and the Monksland community centre.
Investigating officers asked witnesses to contact the incident room at Athlone on 090 6498550.
They believe a number of people were jogging in the area at the time.
