Gardaí have named the victim of a fatal road collision in Co Kildare.
He was Simon Mather (19) of Rathangan, Co Kildare.
Mr Mather died when the car he was driving collided with another vehicle shortly before 6pm at Blacktrench, Newbridge, on Tuesday evening.
He was taken to Naas General Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
