Gardaí name Co Tipperary traffic collision victim

Gardaí have named the victim of yesterday's crash in Co. Tipperary, as 16 year-old Kevin Walsh from Bruff, Co.Limerick.

Gardaí have named the victim of yesterday's crash in Co. Tipperary, as 16 year-old Kevin Walsh from Bruff, Co.Limerick.

The collision happened shortly after 5am yestrday morning on the N7 at Coole, Toomevara, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

The boy was a rear seat passenger in a car that was involved collision with a jeep.

There were 2 other occupants of the car who suffered slight injuries. The driver of the jeep was uninjured. The deceased was removed to Nenagh General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
