Gardai are today investigating a fire at a property in Tallaght, Co Dublin early this morning.
Two occupants of a house at Dunamore Crescent, Killinarden, were helped from their bedroom window by neighbours after they were awakened by the sound of breaking glass in the downstairs front room.
Both occupants, a man and a woman, were taken to Tallaght hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.
It is understood the fire began in the sitting room of the property, but the cause has not yet been established.
