Gardaí are investigating the death yesterday of a four-year-old boy at a school in Co Clare.
The boy died yesterday after his coat got caught on a hook as he tried to get out through a toilet window.
Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the boy's death but at this stage, believe it was a tragic accident.
The incident, which occurred at around 4.30pm at Feakle National School, has left the local community in shock.
The victim's older brother is believed to have found the boy, who was a junior infants' pupil, after he went missing for an hour yesterday afternoon.
