Gardaí are investigating a fire that broke out in the early hours of this morning in Clontarf, north Dublin.
The fire, which began around 2.30am in a derelict house on Seafield Road, has been put out, but fire officers remain at the scene.
It is not known if anyone was in the property at the time of the fire.
Gardaí at Raheny are investigating the incident.
