Gardai are investigating a serious unprovoked assault in Blanchardstown on Thursday morning. A 33-year-old male was attacked and left unconscious in the garden of his home at Fort Lawn. He was taken to James Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown and later transferred to Beaumont Hospital where he is still being treated.
