Gardai in Galway have identified the body of a man that was found in the freezer area at the rear of a shop in Galway city on Wednesday.
The man was an Irish national in his early 50s. However, his name will not be released until all family members have been informed.
The discovery was made at around 2.30 pm on Wednesday at a premises on St John's Avenue off Henry Street.
