Gardai have expressed fears for the safety of a 69-year-old woman suffering from Alzheimer's disease who went missing from her home yesterday. Ms Maura O'Connor from Clontarf, Dublin, was last seen in Donnybrook village at around 3 p.m.

Ms O'Connor is described as 5ft 2in in height with grey, slightly curly hair. She was last seen wearing a navy cardigan, black skirt, beige blouse and navy shoes. She wears a silver identity bracelet bearing her name and phone number. Anybody who has seen her is asked to contact Donnybrook gardai, 666 9200.
