Gardaí appeal for witnesses to Clonmel crash

Gardaí investigating a serious road traffic collision that occured shortly after 1.40pm this afternoon have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

The collision happened on the N24 at Ballinaraha, Kilsheelan, Co Tipperary.

According to gardaí a truck and a car collided approximately one and a half miles on the Carrick-On-Suir side of Kilsheelan Village.

The three occupants of the car, a woman and two children, were taken to Waterford Regional Hospital where they are being treated for serious injuries. The occupants of the truck were unhurt.
