Gardaí are renewing their appeal for witnesses to a fatal incident on the N11 in Dublin early yesterday morning.
A male pedestrian was killed at about 4.30am after being hit by a car at the White's Cross junction near Blackrock.
The man (36) was taken to St Vincent's hospital where he later died.
Gardaí are asking anyone who was in the area of White’s Cross, which is the junction of the N11 and the Leopardstown road and Newtownpark avenue, or anyone who has any information about the incident to contact them at Blackrock Garda Station on 01 666 5200 or the Garda Confidential line 1800 666 111.
