Garda are appealing for sightings of a man with a distinctive barcode tattoo on his lower left arm who has been missing from Belfast since late last year.

James Jason Moreland (31) was last seen in October 2006, at Gransha Way, Ballymurphy, West Belfast.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland believes Mr Moreland may be in the Dublin area.

The Garda Press Office said Mr Moreland is 5'7" in height, with a swarthy complexion and a slim build. He has blue eyes and dark shaven hair.

Anyone who can assist police with their enquiries is asked to contact the P.S.N.I. on 0845 600 8000."
