A house in west Belfast was targeted by up to six masked men in a petrol bomb attack, last night.

A house in west Belfast was targeted by up to six masked men in a petrol bomb attack, last night.

No-one was inside the house in Whitecliff Parade in Ballymurphy when the devices were thrown through a living room window shortly before midnight.

The living room sustained scorch damage and the remainder of the downstairs area suffered smoke damage. The gang are believed to have fled the scene in a silver car in the direction of the Ballymurphy Road.
