A Galway man has been killed in a road collision in Italy, writes Lorna Siggins.
John Paul Mannion (25) Moylough, Co Galway, died when the truck he was driving collided with another truck on Monday night.
Consular assistance is being provided to his family by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
He is survived by his parents, Tom and Marie, two brothers and a sister.
