Gardaí are appealing for assistance in identifying the body of a young  man which was discovered in Clarinbridge, Co Galway three weeks ago.

The body was discovered on April 11th. The man  is described as being around five feet six inches tall, of medium build with short dark hair.

He was wearing a medium sized white  Mitre top. A black nylon Dunlop jacket, blue check boxer shorts, white Fila runners and a black Nike top.

The man was also wearing a  gold necklace and a gold sleeper earring in his left ear.

His age has not been established.

Gardaí have also named the man whose body was discovered in a house in Bushy Park, Moycullen, Co Galway yesterday as Mr Sean Conlon (62).
