A book of evidence has been served against a GAA player who allegedly broke another player's jaw during a match. Mr Terry Murphy (22), of Newbrook Avenue, Donaghmede, Dublin, appeared before Dublin District Court yesterday. He is charged with assaulting the player, occasioning him actual bodily harm, at the GAA grounds in Kilbarrack Road on March 27th, 1995. Mr Murphy was remanded on continuing bail to appear on March 14th.
