A 16 year old youth was further remanded in custody until March 5th at Tralee District Court yesterday by Judge Humphrey Kelleher on a charge alleging he murdered Ms Ann Marie Duffin at Curragraigue, Blennerville, Tralee, last April 15th.
An application for the custodial remand was made by Insp. Barry O'Rourke, who was also granted an extension of time for the preparation of the book of evidence.
